Shane Broeske founded Rusty by Design in February 2013. Shane supervises the general operations at Rusty by Design including sales, consignments, business development and customer relations. As a licensed auctioneer, Shane is responsible for all aspects of the auction operation at Rusty by Design.
With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Shane began a career in the auction industry in 2004. His gift for connecting buyers with sellers quickly emerged, and Rusty by Design was born. Shane’s keen eye for the unusual along with his attractive interior design style makes Rusty by Design a fresh experience for the most discerning eye. Shane is a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and is active in community outreach in the DFW area and oversees.

Crissy
Crissy Broeske co-founded Rusty by Design with her husband Shane. Crissy oversees the marketing and promotional initiatives promoting growth and development at Rusty by Design. Crissy is responsible for Rusty’s web development, advertising efforts and customer experience.
Along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, Crissy also brings over 15 years of professional experience from various industries. Crissy is active in community outreach efforts focusing on the self-development of women.

Charles
Charles Broeske co-founded Rusty by Design with his son Shane and wife Diana. Charles oversees all modifications and construction involving the Rusty by Design Auction House. Charles possesses decades of experience in interior design and renovations designing for Dallas’ elite. His experience in this dynamic industry brings a high-end look to Rusty by Design creating an inviting and attractive space.
When Charles is not working on his next masterful project at the Rusty Auction House, he is out picking with Diana and filling the auction with the next best finds. Charles remains involved in the auction set up, ensuring our auctions are visually attractive, and comfortable for our guests to browse and enjoy.
Diana
Diana Broeske co-founded Rusty by Design with Shane Broeske in February 2013. Diana manages our consignment orders and the production of Rusty’s online auction catalogs. With over 10 years experience of buying and selling in the furniture and antique market, Diana has a knack for discovering some of our most popular Rusty picks.
Diana brings to Rusty by Design a valuable career in the residential real estate market. Her experience as a previous realtor offers our team the knowledge and understanding of servicing residential clients with resources to facilitate a seamless process in the buying, selling and relocation of a residence.

Autumn Bright
Autumn Bright is the newest member to the Rusty by Design team. She manages Rusty by Design's social media on Facebook. Autumn enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years and their three kids. She attends church in Murphy and likes sporting events, biking and vacationing during her free time. Autumn also hosts our Rusty preview and pickup days at the Gallery. Justin Grimes
Justin and and his wife Jeana are part of Rusty By Design's newest endeavor to bring the unique Rusty experience to Garland, TX. As Operating Partner Justin will oversee all the general operations at this new location. Justin's professional experience in the Marine Corps as well as his operation management experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries are a perfect combination with his passion for antiques to oversee this new location.
Justin's passion for buying and selling antiques started when he attended his first auction 15 years ago. He bought an antique wardrobe and resold it for a profit in less than 24 hours - needless to say, he was hooked! Through his study of antiques, attending auctions, refinishing and reselling furniture for the last 15 years, he says that partnering with Rusty By Design is his "dream job!"
Justin has three children and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at church, and practicing Jiu Jitsu.

Jeana Grimes
Jeana will be assisting Justin in the overall operations and customer service aspects of the Rusty By Design Garland Location. With a Bachelors in Business Administration from Baylor University, Jeana has worked in the Financial Services industry for 8 years in customer service and account management roles.
Jeana and Justin married in December 2012, and she soon started to enjoy going to auctions and picking for antiques with her husband. She enjoys spending time with Justin and her step children, volunteering at church in the youth ministry and worship team, and reading.
