Building Inner Beauty offers a series of self-development opportunities through workshops, events, leadership programs, outreach programs, and resources. The centerpiece of our year is the Building Inner Beauty Pageant where girls and women of all ages gather to celebrate inner beauty. Our mission is to empower and equip females to believe in themselves and realize their dreams.

Sarah Seifert, Miss Inner Beauty Queen 2011-2012 hosts Beauty Day at the Samaritan Inn.
The Building Inner Beauty girls volunteered at the St. Cloud Rescue in McKinney where they helped to groom the giant St. Bernards and walk them around their own private pond.
Building Inner Beauty hosted the "Talk Pretty to Precious" workshop at The Plano Children's Theatre where the girls and women learned about positive thinking through affirmations and vision boards to stay focused on their dreams.
BIB hosted a Miss Inner Beauty pageant for the residents of the Gardens of Richardson Senior Home. Miss Alice, a 76 year young beauty won the BIB crown that day.
The girls get to primp in their own backstage dressing rooms while the audience waits in anticipation for the curtain to open.
One of BIB's signature workshop exercises is the dream sequence. The girls carry a weight that is removed during their session to symbolize the removal of any barriers that are keeping them from realizing their dreams.
BIB is honored to partner with the multi-talented PoK, www.hisphoenix.us, as a dear sponsor. PoK is a christian artist who teaches the girls and women various dance routines throughout the pageant and the year.
