SEPTEMBER 6 - CONTESTANT DINNER (OPTIONAL)

6:00 PM - Dutch treat dinner.  Meet with the staff, ask questions, get last minute tips before the big day!

 

SEPTEMBER 12 - PAGEANT DAY

Plano Courtyard Theatre, 1509 H Ave., Plano, TX 75074

2:00 PM - Contestants must arrive on time

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Hair and Makeup (OPTIONAL)

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM - Rehearsal (MUST BE PRESENT)

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Pageant Celebration Show (AUDIENCE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Red Carpet After Party

ALL PERFORMING GROUPS MUST SIGN A PARTICIPANT WAIVER, REQUIRED TO ATTEND REHEARSAL, AND PLEASE BE ONTIME.

 

PAGEANT DAY

1:00 PM - Call time, must arrive on time

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Rehearsal (there will be down time for you, please be prepared to wait between acts)

 

VISITING ROYALTY

WE LOVE HAVING YOU AT BIB!!!

MUST READ!!!  ALL VISITING ROYALTY PLEASE SIGN IN AT THE REGISTRATION DESK.

IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PAGEANT PRODUCTION ON STAGE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND REHEARSAL.

 

PAGEANT DAY

12:30 PM - Call time if you are in the production (please be on time)

1:00 PM- 4:00 PM - Rehearsal

4:30 PM - Doors open for visiting royalty in the audience (there will be a photo backdrop for photo ops as well)

 

***********EVERYBODY PLEASE READ!!!! ALL VOLUNTEERS, VISITING ROYALTY, PARENTS, ETC.**************

Hair and makeup is arranged for the contestants only.  This is due to limited time in the afternoon.

If you wish to have hair and makeup done, you need to make prior arrangements to have it done before 12 PM (at an alternate location), and you will need to pay the makeup artists to do so.

 

Dressing rooms are available to contestants only.  This is due to limited space in the dressing areas for the contestants.  Volunteers, visiting royalty and performers will need to use the restroom facilities at the theatre to prepare for the show.  I will try to reserve an area in the dressing room for volunteers, but this will be for primping and touchups; again due to limited space at the theatre.
